Event Cancellation: If an event organized by IndonesianFilmFestival LLC is canceled, attendees will be eligible for a full refund.

Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled and the new date is unsuitable for the ticket holder, a refund request can be submitted.

Duplicate Transactions: If a customer is charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge.

Technical Issues: If a technical error on our platform results in an incorrect transaction, we will review and process a refund if deemed necessary.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind or personal reasons unrelated to event cancellation or rescheduling.

Failure to attend an event.

Late refund requests made after the event has taken place.

4. Refund Request Process

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
